How do we store your data?
We store your data on our secure hosted cloud environment. No third parties have authorised access to the SEL cloud environment.
All SEL electronic equipment linked to the secure cloud environment is password protected.
SEL does not and will never pass on personal data to a third party without the written permission of the data owner.
What are your data protection rights?
Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access - You have the right to request our company for copies of your personal data.
The right to rectification - You have the right to request that SEL corrects any information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete.
The right to erasure - You have the right to request that SEL erases your personal data. We may need to hold related data provided by you where they may be needed in the future for audit or other purposes.
The right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that SEL restricts the processing of your personal data.
The right to data portability - You have the right to request SEL transfers the data we hold to another organisation, or to you.
